Personal Training!

Hello everyone! I am very excited to announce and introduce to you our new Personal Training program!

 There are many reasons why a Personal Trainer is essential for achieving your health and fitness goals. A large component of this will be education - if you don't know which exercises will be most effective in achieving your goals, then you're less likely to meet them! Personal training gives you the opportunity to work towards your specific health and fitness goals in away that best suits you and your needs. Whether your goal is to increase functional strength, improve cardiovascular endurance or to become more physically active, our programming will help you stay motivated, accountable and efficient with your workouts! Our objective is to help you find ways to make healthy living and exercise a priority in your life through an individualized approach.

 In order to create the best program possible to reach your specific goals, an initial fitness assessment and goal setting will occur during your first session. The fitness assessment is crucial in the development of your program because it will allow us to determine your body composition, cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength.

 We are offering two unique styles of programming: 30 minute sessions & 60 minute sessions.

 30 Minutes

We have designed High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts that will get you sweating! During these workouts, you will perform total body movements that will efficiently help you train and improve your cardiovascular and muscular fitness. By utilizing total body movements, you will be able to target larger muscle groups to most effectively achieve a complete body workout.

 60 Minutes

This is an all encompassing program that will be the most efficient way to optimize your training! This program will not only keep you motivated but it will also be the best path towards achieving your specific health and fitness goals. These sessions will include cardiovascular, resistance & flexibility training which will be tailored specifically for your goals. No matter the training level you are currently at,we will work together to create a custom goal-focused training plan that will help you achieve them. These sessions are optimal for those looking for a long term health & fitness exercise program!


Meet Your Exercise Specialist!

My name is Megan Blue and I am so excited to begin working with you! As a lifelong athlete, I have a passion for health& fitness and helping others lead healthy lifestyles. I have a Master's of Science in Kinesiology & Exercise Physiology and I am also a Registered Kinesiologist. I am a former Division I tennis player for Murray State University and was an NSCA Strength & Conditioning All American.

 I have created exercise programs and worked with Division I athletes, Cardiopulmonary Phase II patients and the general population. I love helping people achieve their health and fitness goals and guiding them onto the path of healthy living. My goal as your exercise specialist is to help you reach your health and fitness goals through selecting appropriate cardiovascular, resistance and flexibility exercise.

 Your success is my success! Our sessions will equip you with the tools and knowledge you need to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I am so excited to begin working with you, so lets get to it!
