Rehabilitation Support

Exercise programming that bridges the gap between clinical rehab and independent fitness. Our kinesiologist works alongside your physiotherapist or other practitioner to keep your recovery on track.

Balance Training

Targeted programs to improve stability, reduce fall risk, and build confidence with movement — particularly important for older adults and those recovering from injury.

Why train with us

Our Registered Kinesiologist brings advanced training in exercise physiology, biomechanics, and injury prevention. Being part of a multidisciplinary clinic means your exercise program can be coordinated with your Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, Massage Therapist, Registered Dietitian or other health professional— creating a seamless connection between your rehabilitation and your fitness goals.

Every program starts with a comprehensive assessment to understand your goals, needs, and current fitness level. From there, we build a safe, progressive plan and monitor your progress along the way.

Whether you've never set foot in a gym or you're a seasoned athlete looking for structure, we meet you where you are.
